Wellness Fest: Awakening

Wellness Fest: Awakening is offered for the community, by the community. We gather with respect for each other and for the earth. We will participate with openness and inclusivity, as all are welcome to participate in connection and learning with us. We respect one another's space and we respect the earth through our activities.

Respect Each Other

Wellness Fest will be a safe environment. Show respect for yourself and our community through kindness and conscious attention to whats happening around you. Act with thoughtfullness towards personal space and property.

Respect the Earth

Our activities always keep the earth in mind, and with that, we take care of the land. Pack out what you carry in and utilize the trash cans.

Respect Yourself 

Wellness Fest is a sober-conscious environment. Please be mindful and intentional in your choices as they relate to substances at the festival.

Together, we will create a ripple effect of positive change for our community, the earth, and beyond.

Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability

I HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

1. I am participating in Wellness Fest: Awakening offered by Thyme Travelers Conservatory, LLC and teachers thereof during which I will receive information and instruction in yoga, meditation, and other activities not specified outdoors.  I recognize that outdoor activity requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
2. I recognize that my participation may cause physical injury or illness and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I represent and warrant that I participate at my own risk. 
3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in outdoor activities and workshops.  I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in the outdoor activites, foraging, workshops, etc.
4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in physical actvities and outdoor activities., I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I may incur as a result of participating in the program(s).
5. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the physical and outdoor activities, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Thyme Travelers Conservatory, LLC, and the facilitators, teachers, staff, and volunteers thereof for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program(s).
6. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive and discharge and covenant to not sue Thyme Travelers Conservatory, LLC and the facilitators, teachers, staff, and volunteers  thereof, for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

We discourage you from bringing your pet to Wellness Fest. 

Well-behaved, leashed pets are permitted on the property. Pets will not be allowed in the workshop areas or on the dance floor. You must clean up after your pet.  

Be mindful, there will be loud music and crowded areas.

If your pet is not well-behaved or you fail to clean up after your pet, they will be asked to leave.
