- Camping Tent or Umbrella (we have ample shade so this is probably uncessary)

- Bring crafting materials to share at the craft station!
- paper, fabric, beads, paints, yarn, etc!
CLOTHING AND RITUAL TOOLS SWAP
Take what you love, leave what you dont!
- Clothes
- Accessories
- Altar Decor & Linens: Altar cloths, small decorative plates, statues of deities, and offering bowls.
- Vessels & Tools: Chalices, small cauldrons, bells, wands, and pentacles made of wood or metal.
- Consumables & Ingredients: Unopened essential oils, dried herbs, loose resins, and candle holders.
- Divination & Books: Tarot or oracle decks, pendulums, scrying mirrors, and blank or lightly used journals.
- Raw Materials: Crystals, tumbled stones, feathers, sea glass, and charms.
Items for the Altar
Our altar will be set to honor the elements and our ancestors. The following are just suggestions - no item is incorrect if you bring what you feel called to.
- Crystals + Seashells
- Herbs + Plant Materials
- Dried Mushrooms
- Water
- Sand/dirt
- Flowers
- Incense + Candles
- Symbols of the elements (earth, air, fire, water)
- A handwritten note - may contain a message of gratitude, an intention, a manifestation, a note to your ancestors, etc.
Prohibited Items
These items and activities are PROHIBITED at Wellness Fest
- No EZ UPs
- No weapons
- NO Illegal Drugs and Substances / NO Related Paraphernalia
- Sharp objects
- NO Fireworks / Fire-Starters / Open Flames
- NO Skateboards, Rollerblades, Hover-Boards, Scooters, Bicycles, or ANY Other Personal Vehicles
