Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability

I HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

1. I am participating in Samhain Dance offered by Thyme Travelers Conservatory, LLC and teachers thereof during which I will receive information and instruction in yoga, meditation, and other activities not specified outdoors.  I recognize that outdoor activity requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
2. I recognize that my participation may cause physical injury or illness and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I represent and warrant that I participate at my own risk. 
3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in outdoor activities and workshops.  I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in the outdoor activites, foraging, workshops, etc.
4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in physical actvities and outdoor activities., I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I may incur as a result of participating in the program(s).
5. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the physical and outdoor activities, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Thyme Travelers Conservatory, LLC, and the facilitators, teachers, staff, and volunteers thereof for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program(s).
6. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive and discharge and covenant to not sue Thyme Travelers Conservatory, LLC and the facilitators, teachers, staff, and volunteers thereof, for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
